I engrave the crystal recreating the craftsmanship of the past. I love to make traditional art dialogue with a meticulous study of materials and the search for an innovative design. My creations are unique and made entirely by hand to pay homage to the best Made in Italy glass art.

A glassmaking tradition renewed over the years

I believe in the heritage of knowledge that my country, Italy, has preserved for millennia, which is why I engrave glass by hand with the ceramic wheel technique, already created by the Romans in the first century BC. I am one of the last artisans able to perform work with this slow and complex procedure, capable of giving unique dynamism and materiality to the representations on the crystal.

I live and work in Altare, a small town nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Apennines: this has always been a city dedicated to culture and the art of glassmaking. Here I learned the job from my father who in turn learned it from my grandfather. And back again, from generation to generation.

I create pieces of art to furnish homes with originality and personality, such as lamps, sculptures and vases. I also engrave refined tableware with goblets, trays, jugs and decanters. You can browse the online catalog or contact me for a custom project.
